Academic — private college
The pathSkills
This is the easier side of pharmacy teaching. Private colleges have many openings, and an M.Pharm is enough to get in. PCI rules also allow a B.Pharm holder with three years of professional experience to enter as a Lecturer. But pay is lower and often on contract, promotions are decided by management, and good salaries exist only at a few top colleges.
