You teach Engineering Graphics, technical drawing, design fundamentals, or art-adjacent subjects at school or diploma level. It's stable with modest pay, and distinct from university faculty. A B.Arch is strongest for technical/spatial subjects; Fine Arts, Painting, or general Drawing posts usually need BFA/MFA/ATD-type art qualifications.
